I don't live in an HOA and live in a fairly nice neighborhood in papillon but sometimes I do wish we had one. For example have a tranny family living down the street in my neighborhood and they literally never cut their lawn maybe once a month. Right now it's probably over knee high.

Every time I see it I want to go up to them and be like "oh it's cool to cut kids dicks and tits off but cutting your lawn is where you draw the line?"
