He better hope it’s good enough to win next year. I would like to keep the group of Mickey, Busch, Guinta, and fisher as recruiters beyond this year.

Some of these hires make me think Scott is guaranteed two years now. I have a hard time believing they would work in Lincoln thinking they would be here for one year if SF did get fired.

Coaches usually are used to short term jobs on staff, but football administration jobs, I think they would want more comfortability for job security.
