I agree completely. If he was willing to hire the best coordinators and run his offensive scheme. I think he would have an opportunity to really do some damage.
I think the problem with frost is he has no true offensive identity. Chadwell doesn’t have that issue.

You're list is good if we were in the BIg 12, we have to get rid of this spread offense and 50/50 risk reward stuff. Get back to power football and win at the line of scrimmage, not saying option football but power football. I'd like to see us become a more athletic Cockeyes or Wisconsin with a stout defense. Outside the box guy, how about Chinander? What about Kyle Wittingham, Chris Peterson. Im open for anything to match the big 10 but stay away from the spread.

I always thought Kyle would be the perfect fit.
