There are very very few coaches out there that Nebraska could hire and I would just be mad. I just am not wired like that. But if they hired Clay Helton I would probably just buy KU gear and cheer for my wife's alma mater or maybe pick a really good team and ride their coat-tails (Georgia probably).

Anybody else on that list I could understand. Helton, no.

KU is going to get throttled

I doubt they get throttled but I don't expect them to win. If Campbell loses to Kansas though then he's stuck in Ames for the foreseeable future.

This is the first good team they have played. They have the offense led by an amazingly talented QB with a stable of RB's but not sure what the D is made of. I like Leipold but think we can get someone more proven at the Power5 level. If KU beats ISU I expect the Leipold Hype-Train to really be chugging down the tracks with so many Husker Fans jumping onboard.

Fleck would be a hard pill to swallow but..he has done a good job at Minnesota. Every year I think they'll take a step back because they lose 4 OL or something. We talk on here about getting old and staying old up front...he has done exactly that.

I have such an extreme hate for that man. Like I legitimately got angry when I read your post and it didn't include Peepants. I'm aware it's illogical and it doesn't help.

No I get it. I definitely think he's a guy you hate when he's not on your side and a guy you love that your opponents hate him when he is on your side.

But he's a better coach than Nebraska has put on the sideline in a long time.

This is where I am at too. Very few coaches would upset me....Craig Bohl would piss me off something fierce though.
