The truth is that the 105 roster cap really decreased his value as well. We no longer need a dedicated small town Nebraska recruiter to dig out walk ons from the class C to D schools any longer. We will basically be giving some sort of money to 105 scholarship level athletes from now on.

cant find the quote from yesterday as i lost it in translation of scrolling. Rhule quoting how defense needs small improvements, offense needed an upgrade and special teams needs completely redone. im hoping he sticks to his statement and it warrants letting captain heart attack go.
