He's probably a more accomplished writer than anyone Dean has. Good pick up. Zach needs some more people working the keyboards for content on the site. Dean meanwhile promoted Mongo to Full Time and hired an inexperienced intern while he sits waiting until he can do more than just figure out new ways to misspell words on his re-tweets from other people's tweets.
