I think the narrative about Donnie would be massively different if Rouse (who he successfully recruited until the NIL snafu happened) is here, and the weakest point on our OL is suddenly replaced with an all-conference level performer.

I don't think anything has changed, to be honest. Every time Parker Thune goes to Logan and interviews Grant, he comes back saying Grant is on the verge of committing to OU. It influences the entire OU recruiting service media and the Rivals network, but it hasn't happened.

In Thune's story about his interview with Brix he said OU coaches had a call with Brix scheduled for this past Saturday and he thought that's when Brix might commit.

The time of the call has come and gone and there are crickets on the OU recruiting sites when it comes to Brix currently.

I think Brix is still coping with the same indecision.
