I figured he was practicing for after the game and the annual northwestern freshman football strip and tug session. It’s team bonding people, nothing to see here.

I was thinking either a closeup of a penalty flag on the field or a ref throwing one from far away with a label of Flag on the Play.

Would be good during game threads or when someone disapproves of a post or many other uses.

Obviously someone more creative than me could tweak the concept.
