Traditional IZ he’s working to the frontside looking to double with his covered teammate to his LB. Tight Zone he’s going to work with his teammate to the backside to his LB. he doesn’t have to move much. Just eyes on his LB. Help capture the backside player with near foot near shoulder, ready to come off on his LB.If you get board you May have to explain tight zone to me.
Inside Zone you get a little more horizontal movement than TZ. RB aim point outside hip of the play side guard and can hit anywhere from B to backside A typically. Tight zone hits vertical. Aim point for the RB is the crack of the center. Tight zone will hit Front side A to backside B.
