Frost being Frost

I mean it’s just a durable and inflexible feature of his personality to be pathologically incapable of taking accountability for failure. Honestly, just sad to see play out publicly. It is disrespectful to the people who wanted him to succeed the most.

jack black douche GIF

I’ve been one of the people that doesn’t hate Scott, just sad it did t work out and was more than time to move on.

Scott can go fuck himself, you did it to yourself bitch
I was literally just thinking earlier today "maybe I should get over it and hope Frost has a good turnaround" but yeah nvm now he can fuck off.

What a crazy crazy approach by Frost.

Is anything his fault?

For you guys that don't remember, Nebraska gave Scott Frost more resources than they had given any other coach in the history of their program. Just an awful, awful look for Scott Frost.

You could say that you want to be at UCF and you're glad to be back without trashing your alma mater.

Posts like this show the huge benefit of the doubt Frost is still given by Husker fans and he's still too much of a bitter little bitch about his failure.

What a fucking tool. I was going to wish him well at UCF now I hope he embarrasses himself there and gets fired in 2 years ..

Instead of saying "Don't take the wrong job" , how about being honest with yourself and say "Don't be a drunk"

Any Nebraska guys in Florida that can go to one of his last games of his losing season and have a sign that says “Is this still the wrong job? Golden Tee taking applications.”?

Bonus points if you’re right by the exit when he leaves the game.

The most baffling thing about Frost’s tenure here was his ability to constantly look like a moron in front of the cameras.

Larry Frost had a cleft palate that caused him to have a speech impediment. Because of that they made both Scott and his brother take speech and public speaking courses for a long time.

If you watch him at UCF or at Oregon when he was up for the Broyles do public speaking engagements he’s money. When he got the Nebraska job he couldn’t stop saying the stupidest things.

Coming full circle to my point, this is another example of him saying the only dumb thing available from a menu of other great choices.

Right off the top of my head, he should have said “Nebraska was a very humbling experience. Obviously it didn’t go how we all wanted it to go. But I never want that time to define my coaching career and I’m happy to be back at the place that gave me my first head coaching opportunity and I’m excited for next month.”
Trying to find a recent article where Rhule was asked about Carolina and what went wrong. He flipped it all into positives and how he would have never been prepared for a job like Nebraska without going through the experience he had at Carolina. That's how you answer that question.

Of the million ways to answer a question like that Frost chose the one bad path out of the million good ones.

Ridiculous.

Edit -

The most ridiculous part here is that someone at UCF likely prepped him for this question too. You had to know someone was going to ask something along these lines.

I remember. Deep down he is a whiner that didn't hold himself or others accountable.
