I know it’s a joke, but I’m okay with the Mickey as head coach, but I don’t think we need Frost as OC. He already showed that wasn’t working and hired Whipple. I would prefer a Mickey-Vance combo.
I agree. You don't need to be an Offensive Genius or Defensive Guru to be a good Head Coach. You need to be a Leader. So many great coaches over the years that were experts at the X's & O's but knew how to hire the right people plus Lead.

A leader and a recruiter. A lot of it is about getting top talent. A guy like Kirk is probably a top 5-10 coach head coaching wise before talent, but he doesn’t get top talent so he won’t ever win anything meaningful.

You're assuming he'd know how to coach talent too. Johnny Tryhards are easier to coach.

He develops and puts players in the pros, so I will assume he could. The pros is the end game for these guys, but it’s all hypothetical, so no one can answer it for sure.
