He tried to disguise his ACC homerism by pushing for an SEC school #1.

I think Ohio St had the most impressive win. It wasn't as pretty as LSU but Texas is far better than Clemson.

I'd like to see us crack the top 25 after the next 3 games. If we lose to Michigan we drop out. Regardless of how close. Only poll that really matters is at the end of the season anyway.

I honestly don’t think we’re ranked until we beat MIchigan.

If that doesn’t happen, we’ll need to beat Michigan State (if the loss to Michigan is one score or less) and Maryland (If the loss to MIchigan is more than one score) to get in.

I think we’re finally beyond the historical Nebraska vote we used to get.

Could be. Depends how we win. 20-7 or 28-10 type wins for sure not ranked. I'm making the assumption they're blowout wins. Then we might be bottom of the top 25. We could be just outside too. Not much difference between 21 and 28.

Fair, though I don’t think a big win over Akron, who might be the worst FBS team out there, and Houston Christian, that I didn’t know existed until we signed a contract to play them, will move the needle much.

Unfortunately Cincinnati’s next game is Northwestern State, then a BYE before the play Kansas the same week we play Michigan.

Up side is if we can beat Michigan and Cincinnati takes care of Kansas, then we’re really take a jump.
