Breaking Dylan Raiola Decommits From OSU

Apparently Donovan has adopted Dylan. I would say that gives us a pretty good shot.
Holy fuck.. Did Tom Fornelli really write that?

He did more than just switch the names Dominic and Donovan around. Even accounting for that (understandable) he implied that Dylan's dad is OL coach at Nebraska.

I don't care how much money you have to throw together to get him. You do it. I don't care if it's such an astronomical number that he'll take a pay cut going to the NFL. Do it. And don't think twice about it.

And then you go out, and find a bunch of pissed off 6'5 290 lb farm kids that need beaver tranquilizers to calm their asses down, and unleash them to protect his ass.
He has the potential to be an “Arch Manning-like” recruit in that the rest of the class falls into place around him because he is such a stud. You can’t overspend on him because his value extends to what the rest of the class shapes out to be.

From an OSU board:

1- Tate and Inniss sort of thought this could be happening a few days ago. Raiola cut them off after texting them non stop for months. The SFE people are having their tryout today. I will be down there in January for one if their tournaments.
2- This won’t hurt things with Tate or Inniss at all. Also won’t impact JJ Smith. Or JoJo Trader if they can get him. But Trader won’t be impacted by Raiola.
3- Hartline and Day are the keys with the SFE wideouts not the QB. They know the system will bring in QBs.
4- The SFE guys were told that Matt Rhule basically told the Raiolas they get what they want if they come to Nebraska. Their own OC. Their own QB coach. Unlimited NIL opportunities. NFL development from Rhule and the staff.
5- The SFE folks always felt the Raiola group was not trustworthy. From the top on down.
6- This sucks. No way to spin it otherwise. The kid should be a star. But better today than a few weeks before Signing Day of 2024. QBs will still want to play for OSU and Day so you move on and get the best you can get.

Your last paragraph inspired me to put it through an ai image generator

Dylan should have picked a better OC than Satterfield
I don’t know if satterfield is a bad OC or not. What I can say. From watching them vs Georgia. Is he’s creative. And tries to figure out ways to make the offense work. It’s sound. It’s solid. But when you go up against freakzillas. It’s hard.

But conceptually. I think satterfield will be fine. Can he call a great game. We’ll see

I think a much bigger deal is if uncle Donny can develop an o-line. You look a lot smarter calling plays with a good line for some reason.

Look at you and knowing actual things about football that make me look like a window licker.

Are we sure that Satterfield is calling plays? If we had gotten Peetz I thought he was the one who was going to call plays?

Huh? I'm pretty sure the OC and QB coach will coach the rest of the team as well. We only get 10 assistants. Can't really afford to give Raiola two personal coaches.

It's internet message boards. 50% of Nebraska fans believed coach Scrote was doing blow off mother Teresa's tits
