Pretty telling that the first 2 players chosen from Nebraska were transfers in last year. The combination of poor recruiting and poor player development is very glaring from FHCSF.

He’s had one HS commit stick at Nebraska and get drafted (CTB). The other draftees he brought in were all one and done transfers (Mathis, Palmer, Toure).

Kinda hope Nelson gets drafted just to spite a lot of people.

It really doesn’t matter if he gets drafted or not at this point. The way he will spite people is if he can stay in the league. I can see him going either way.

I do think he has the mindset to stick around. The kids got as much competitive fire as anyone we've had the past two decades. However his obvious athletic limitations is gonna be a lot to overcome.

I agree. He just pissed me off a lot with either his stupidity or discipline when he couldn’t keep contain deep in his career.

No idea...but I guess I'd assume so. I remember being super pumped about his potential when he committed to us. But he just never got it going here.
