I was hoping for Stroud but now everyone seems to think it'll be Young.

The Panthers for some reason have a very good track record on 1st round picks, well above the NFL average on hit vs bust. Hopefully that continues

So if you're sitting at the #2 pick, can you wait 1 more year and maybe you can draft Drake Maye or Quinn Ewers or Caleb Williams or Michael Penix?

I wouldn't take a chance on Bryce Young personally. If he were 6'2 or if he looked like he could hold 25 more lbs and play then maybe. But man he is really slight of stature.

Yeah it was weird the Panthers traded up instead of just waiting to take what they can get given that all 4 QBs being bandied about in the top 10 are deeply flawed in some way. Young: small possibly injury risk, Stroud: offense with easy reads, Levis: not good, Richardson: also not good
