I think Carriker is kind of a douche and sometimes bring this upon himself with his decisions and outspokeness, but I'll side with him on this one. As a coach of any NFL or big CFB conference, you have to be ready to handle criticism of your job, especially by the local media.

Fair enough. To me, getting pissed off at someone or not liking someone is not a definitive indicator of being mentally weak. I'm not saying I'm the biggest fan of Carriker's but, with all of his accomplishments, there's more evidence of him being pretty strong mentally than not. Just judging off of his work at Nebraska, I'm not a fan of Donnie's, at all.
