I think Carriker is kind of a douche and sometimes bring this upon himself with his decisions and outspokeness, but I'll side with him on this one. As a coach of any NFL or big CFB conference, you have to be ready to handle criticism of your job, especially by the local media.

I believe soft is referring to their mental toughness. The best MMA fighter can be soft emotionally. Probably isn't but could be.
talked to a former husker OL. Said he ran into Donovan in north stadium a little bit after the NW win. Tried to just tell Donovan “nice win today Donovan”… Donovan started unhinged ranting about how he’s not going anywhere m, they ain’t getting rid of me blah blah blah. Dude sounds like a Neanderthal.
This the same Carriker who defrauded a bunch of people and then has ignored it while trying to continue to cash in on his name?
