Does it matter if the new OC and offensive staff "gel" with the defensive staff? What if whoever the new OC is doesn't see eye to eye with Chins? Does it matter? I'd like it if the offense and defense didn't get along but how does that effect team cohesion?

No it doesn’t matter. Hopefully they gel with Frost. I wonder what Frost’s role will be with the offense. Will he be hands off or will he micromanage?

If he wants it to work I think he'll need to be involved but not micromanage...it is going to be a balance for sure.
