Honestly, when we lost the MSU game I saw this coming. We needed that first night bye.
I figured we'd show up sluggish vs Minnesota and they'd probably play their best game of the year. And I was right.
The entire season hinged on beating MSU (& then Cockeye, which we did). At that point you're left with beat Cockeye then win 5 games in 5 days which we knee couldn't happen. Tonight sucks but honestly I predicted this as soon as MSU started jacking up 3s in the 2nd half of that game.
Our seniors don't have anything to play for. They're not excited about the NIT. The season ended last TUES night unfortunately.
