Every time I convince myself that it can't keep going on like this....it does.

1: They completed two huge passes off our helmets.

2: Dowdell couldn't find the open field path to the endzone with a map and Pocahontas to guide him.

3: Thomas Fidone runs like Tom Osborne probably fucks now.

4: ICG fair catch on the 4? Yes.
Field the punt to prevent it from rolling to the 1? No.

5: Every game their safeties: Highlight reel plays.
Every game our safeties: Footage of Gifford talking to the other DBs about what went wrong post TD.

6: I don't think we have to worry much about Tony White getting some great power conference offer. He better worry if he'll be considered for a MAC job now.

7: I won't complain about Raiola since in another timeline we would have had Chubba Purdy this year, but his list of things he needs to work on ain't getting smaller.

8: Hartzog you got heart kid, but there is a reason nobody your size plays DB in the NFL. Get that degree and go be great at whatever you studied dude.

2. Dowdell had some good runs yesterday. Same with EJ. But yeah, they need a RB that can see the field quickly and make moves out of that. Seems like we haven't had one of those since Ozgibo his SR year?

3. Yep. He just needs to be 7-10 yards down field and just catch those balls. Anything that involves him trying to make a move on anyone ain't going to work.

4. That's coaching. Foley really needs to go.

5. I'm excited to see our guys move on.

6. TW needs to learn how to stop RPO's better. That is what is screwing us. I actually think some of the younger talent will help out here. Speed wins in his defense and we're missing it at some of the levels.

7. I think he's playing hurt and considering its his freshman year, his biggest growth will be from year 1 to year 2. He's running the marathon of learning CFB as a starter in year 1. The 2nd marathon though comes after slowing things down and getting back up after pushing through the 1st one.

8. He played well, but his size will always be taken advantage of.

Bonus 9: Nebraska needs to send those two highlights of that DPI missed twice: the one on Banks and the one on that last play. The question should be, "is this now allowed because we can do that as well?" If the answer is no from the B1G, then I would ask for an apology. It's not like that was missed; it was clear as day for the B1G refs to see.

Bonus 10: No more every team gets a bye before playing us. This has been the biggest FU from the B1G. Our only two byes should not have been as the same as our opponents.

YPA only better than New Mexico State. Something like 70% of of his completions have came within 7 yards of the LOS.

Listen, I like the kid and he has massive potential but you can’t honestly tell me he’s not missing open WRs in the end zone. He’s done it multiple times. That’s not even getting into the dozens of WRs he doesn’t see in the open field. I hope that somehow improves with experience.

The ints have become concerning. He’s throwing bad ones now. Not unlucky ones or ones where the WR ran the wrong route. Hope that improves with experience, too.

The level of defense has increased, sure, but you can’t honestly say he hasn’t regressed as the year has went on. As has been said, the hope was he’d play through some freshman mistakes early and play at more of an upper class man level later in the year. That has not been the case, regardless of his health.

The kid is unreal. Great, accurate arm & he has some wheels
he’s the best QB I’ve seen live in some time
The coaching he would have gotten here would cause him to regress & probably quit the game tho
