Offer list is confusing as fuck. 16 offers, most are G5 schools and acc schools. But then has an Ohio state and Alabama offer plus Illinois Rutgers and Minnesota
Sounds like Nebraska is his best offer and OSU isn't pushing for his commitment.

Who makes the AA teams is always confusing. Is there an academic component to it? You would think it would mostly be top 10-15 at their positions players more or less.

Good question. I just realized that Barthel is recruiting the religious schools. Bala, Rule, Parker, Nelson, Mpouma, Trae Taylor, all come from religious high schools or prep schools.

EJ who was a Brown recruit I believe and not a Barthel recruit also went to a religious high school.
Or maybe, and hear me out on this, private schools across the country all actively recruit the best players in their region.
