Manske is visiting ISU this weekend
QB Alex Manske is a high school teammate of Limbaugh, and Manske grew up a Cyclone football fan. Manske’s recruitment might not be determined completely by who he grew up watching closely on Saturdays, but the three-star quarterback does have interest in Cockeye State. The Cyclones – who weren’t overly quick to offer a scholarship – seem to have some growing interest in the Algona product. Nebraska has identified Manske as a priority throughout head coach Matt Rhule’s tenure with the Cornhuskers, but how does that shift with the potential signing of 2024 five-star quarterback Dylan Raiola? Daniel Kaelin is still committed to Nebraska in 2024 – and reportedly has a spot in the class regardless of what Raiola does – but Kaelin is taking a visit to Michigan State this weekend. Would the Huskers take a total of three quarterbacks – including two former Elite 11 finalists – in two classes? It’s all worth monitoring.
