Great steaks at Copper Moon in Palmyra, which is just a 15-20 minute drive as well.

It's a narrative. Lincoln is growing and is slowly getting better options because of it.
It's sort of like when people still say there's 1.7 million people in Nebraska when we should be pushing past 2 million in the next 5 years. It takes about 20 years for Nebraskans to get caught up because "things have always been that way". Kind of drives me crazy too...
Almost like recruits thinking the planes will land in a cornfield when it arrives. Perception isn't always reality. By no means is Lincoln a haven, but the restaurant options are improving. You also forgot Muchachos
