Don't know why you're all lying. We all know there are too many bluehairs in Memorial to make any noise.

But really, when I finally got home and laid down in bed, only then did I realize how much my ears were still ringing. I don't remember ever feeling that after a game.

I know that on one of the umpteenth phantom holding calls the son of a bitch ref was smirking as he announced the call.
I can't tell you how many times I yelled at the refs to fuck off during the game. I felt a little bad today for the little girl and her mom sitting a couple rows down. Husker football and booze makes me lose my filter.

It probably means that you're getting old, and will soon be one of those bluehairs yourself.

Reading the Buffs board, sounds like it was a pretty hostile environment for them. Many complaining that they were mistreated and verbally abused by fans.

I just hope it was louder than Folsom last year, since that one poster seemed to think that was the greatest environment he had ever been to.

It was. And they weren’t mistreated. They’re just baby soft like their royal family

Colorado 2024 first half > Miami 2014
Miami 2014 > Colorado 2024 second half
Yeah that Miami game eventually ramped up to almost a dark violent atmosphere... haha. We were deprived of that for good reasons (huge lead) and bad reasons (second half refs/boringness).

I ran into a group of CU fans at the bars after the game and they said they were having an absolute blast and couldn't believe how cool everyone was being to them all day long. I have to imagine that was the case for 99.9% of CU fans since that's Nebraska's "thing" obviously. It might be kinda corny but it's def not made up haha.

I ran my decibel meter while on defense, this is 57 rows up in south stadium, so I'm sure it was louder on field level.

111 decibels - first sack of the game
115 decibels - pick 6
113 - 4th down stop in 1st

Most defensive snaps were 98-101 and 3rd downs were averaging 105+.
