Looking at Rhule's Coaching Tree & History it almost feels like he is bringing in some of these impressive Analysts almost as Interns in case one of his coaches leaves for a better position. They can be trained in his ways and he gets an idea of their strengths plus work ethics. I could see Simpson being a position coach for us in the future.
