These sites barely keep track of year-to-year changes on teams. Northwestern is 126th in returning production. They are not going to be a good football team. Michigan is making an entire scheme change on defense while losing a ton of dudes. This could likely be the year that does Harbaugh in.

Northwestern loses a lot, you are correct. However, they are a well-coached team; something I haven't seen in Lincoln for a few years.
