16 team playoff means more teams would get exposure on the big stage, that's about the only reason i would favor 16 over 8

Give me the 8 best teams, almost every year you get the 5 power 5 champs anyways, so I view it as unnecessarily restrictive

Yeah but I'd rather see a conference champ with 2 losses than one conference with 3 teams in.
