I love me some conference realignment.

If the SEC goes 16, does the Big Ten follow suit (along with the other leagues?

Notre Dame would be the major free agent here.......do they go full in with the ACC, or do they finally do the right thing and join the Big Ten where they belong?

I would also imagine a lot of the Big 12 leftovers wind up in the Pac-12, outside of possibly Kansas.

If the Big 10 can't add a school like Notre Dame then I think the Big 10 should merge with the Pac 12 or do some kind of partnership.

How bad are the other teams in the Big 12 and the other conference commissioners puckering right now? Conference realignment at the same time as the $NIL money starts getting thrown around is a recipe for the end of college football, at least in its current state. It will be a minor league for the NFL with paid players, etc.

I always thought that Oklahoma and Oklahoma State were tied together due to some state law, similar to Kansas and Kansas State. That is what I remember reading when the Big 10 was supposedly talking about adding Oklahoma and Kansas.
