I feel like it's even harder to keep in-state kids. Sometimes kids that grew up in Nebraska want to get the fuck out of there. Shit, I'd rather go to school in North Carolina than Nebraska. If we were competing for conference championships it would be different. We're at the bottom of the big ten...

The sad part is the 500 mile radius is really pretty damn good this year. The ability for those kids to visit isn't hard...within driving distance....pretty much eliminates the covid excuse. Did Auburn have a covid excuse for Micah Riley-Ducker?

If Nebraska only got commitments from some of these top 500 mile radius kids they'd have a good looking class. How could you not be concerned at this point....

We’re going light on the recruiting until we start the season 6-1…then we’ll put the full-court press on the guys we have hand selected.

This one sucks as we were on him for quite awhile. On the bright side, I’m glad that we didn’t lose to a program within the region and it looks like this kid wanted to experience something different than the Midwest.
