Just a recap - I think we have made only 5 C/O 2024 offers since June. It seems safe to assume these recruits, being recent offers, have a high recruiting priority for the 24 class and they are almost certain to have committable offers:

JD Crisp, ATH, offered 9/18 and already committed to Nebraska
Andrew Dennis, 4 star IOL, offered 9/18, decommitted from MSU today, we appear to be either 4th or 5th choice for him
Gregory Smith III. DB, offered 10/8, trying to schedule OV
Larry Tarver, DB, offered 10/12, currently committed to MD
Tre Richardson, KR/WR, offered 10/16, trying to schedule OV for a date after the JUCO season in November

(We also have several 2024 offers made before the end of June which are still in play for commitments (e.g., Jayshawn Ross)).
