I hope you all really enjoy the fresh halibut i overnighted to @Jim14510 for the tailgate. He assured me that he would take all of it there. I even prepared about 40# of it into bacon wrapped bites that just need to go on the grill. The rest just add a smidge if salt,black pepper, the chopped onions and peppers (all in the commercial grade chill box) on the grill for a few moments on low.

Thanks again to @Jim14510 for helping me make this happen for everyone.
