Board Upgraded

Sorry if you tried to access the board there, we were down for 10 minutes or so to upgrade to the latest version. Let me know if you have any issues. Here's what it changed so far:

-Things might look a little different, but it looks nicer to me.
-"Most users ever online" is now under the Members Online section (it started tracking today, so that is not our actual record)
-When a new user goes to register, they have the option to upgrade and sign up immediately with more than just the basic free membership (instead of having to upgrade after the fact)
-A shoutbox will be added shortly, I just haven't had the time to get it installed.
-We can add Holiday features. Like bats and stuff on Halloween. Snow on Christmas. Fireworks on July 4th, etc
-Your username color now shows up more places, like on the main page where it shows who replied
-Now when you type I O W A (without spaces) it replaces it automatically with Cockeyes
