I know it's the slow time of year with the offseason, so just wanted to make sure no one was bored with the site or anything. I enjoy shit talking with you all

i don't really mind the lack of content. i come here because the board is fun to post on and its not overpopulated with retards like RSS and 247. everyone here seems pretty chill

your long-term goal might be to make some money of this site though. in which case i would say:

1. keep working to make the site as efficient as possible
2. keep tinkering with the appearance so that the site is beautiful - aesthetics matter
3. try to make the site as integrated as possible with social media. i imagine that the crowd you want to attract here is more millennial and younger. sites like RSS and HuskerMax already have the baby boomer market locked down. tinkering with stuff like the spotify thing is a good idea

with that said, this site has a kind of frat boy wild west feel to it which is what makes it really fun and i don't know how you grow a site like that

You need to incorporate PFF into every football discussion possible....

Actual ideas:
I wouldn't mind seeing play breakdowns with explanations on schemes, personnel, etc. We have a few posters with this knowledge.

A tab or link to the current position breakdowns by class.

A standing thread/tab on local recruits. It would be a nice reference to know who has offered local prospects.

Making money was actually never the goal or intent. Just to have a place to actually post like we do since Rivals was turning super shitty and 247s board sucked. As long as this place stays around like it is, I’m happy

I didn't really sign up to this for content...of course it's welcome. I came here because RSS became too ridiculous and most of the guys that I liked over there are now over here.

I have no complaints. I don't really like all of the alternative/online personalities/schtick that comes along with a message board but that's really a me problem.

To me, this place is a place I go to chill, laugh and get pretty balanced views (for the most part) on the team we love. Y’all make me laugh my ass off and I appreciate that this place exists.

The content in season is great. I’d encourage more users to take a stab at writing articles. FFS, @slattimer posts quality content regularly and I’ve learned more from his posts about the game & strategy than I ever have from RSS. We have some pretty solid minds with great insight, so maybe we try to bring that out a bit.

I’m just here to post gifs, make people laugh and post the occasional nugget.

Plus, this reconnected me to @God is a Husker because I legit thought he fell off the map. Almost had to reach out to our KC lawyer friend to make sure he was alive.
