The NCAA isn't going to punish Biff's Butthole Surfers for the sign stealing. That offense has always been laughable. What the NCAA is going to punish them for is the unwillingness to cooperate and the attempts to cover it up. If Biff's Butthole Surfers had simply let the NCAA investigate without any kind of push back, this whole thing would have been over months ago with a short suspension from Harbaugh.

There is a name from my youth. He was on the team when I first started following Husker football when I was first introduced to Husker football.

I remember him making a few critical catches in that final drive to beat Mizzou in Columbia in 1981.
