In reality though it was probably this year. My two boys gifted me a turntable and speakers. I also used to enjoy some of the things they made in grade school that they'd bring home. Such as an ornament with their picture, etc. I cannot even recall.
When @BBTown Bomber gifted me his albums, it was necessary to use my son's turntable. But then he moved the turntable out of the basement into his room.

As much of an honor as it would be to join that bloodline, I'm unavailable.

No. There was another cat on the OG tMB version of the MLPFC that had a thing for my daughter based on the volleyball commitment pics I posted on RSS.
It became an ongoing gag that he was going to become my SIL. He never came through with the dowry, and he turned out to be … well, not tall in stature. That’s not her target market because my daughter IS tall.
