I’m glad I don’t live around there anymore and glad I got sober. I don’t judge anyone for any of their decisions as god knows I made a LOT of bad ones. Had to send this story around to friends in NYC that could easily be subjects of this story.

If you've ever had fentanyl you'd know how addicting and fucking awesome it is.
Fentanyl is synthetic, easy to make and extremely cheap.
Dealers mix it because it takes very little fentanyl to enhance the high, plus it's additive.

Was painting some rooms in his best friends Moms house. His friend went to get them subs for lunch. Came back and he was in fetal position at bottom of ladder. Gone. Scary shit.
My mother is a retired surgical RN. Said if not administered correctly will constrict your arteries and drop you in seconds.
