Given HCMR online presence and past posting history, do you not find it weird at all he hasn’t publicly acknowledged the season Nebrasketball’s having?
Yeah, I do think it’s pretty curious that he’s been radio silent on MBB. The program is literally making history for itself, and for the head coach of the university’s biggest sport not to acknowledge it is… odd—pretty damn strange, honestly.
Oddly enough, Fred Hoiberg’s most recent tweet? A celebration tweet about husker football on october 11th after we beat Maryland by 3 in a tight one. 😭

He's not posting about it because he's not trying to insert himself into it. He knows where the spotlight lives in this state and if another area is getting some shine, he doesn't nor shouldn't bring the albatross around his programs next into the area for any reason. Let Fred have his, there nothing Rhule nor the FB program can add to it in any positive way at this point.

His evidence is that Rhule tweeted about Nebrasketball two years ago when they were preparing for their March Madness game, so clearly he should be tweeting about Nebrasketball now and at all times when they’re doing well.
