It's a steak assembly line. They do really well especially for the quantity they put out, but if you think it's a 10, you need to get a butcher shop New York strip steak from a place like Just Good Meat, season it liberally with one of their in house prime rib style seasonings, grill it medium rare on high heat, and have the food equivalent of an orgasm.
