Yes, for sure. I will wait until all the episodes are out, as we usually binge-watch series.
Sure, the last few seasons of GOT could have been done better, but they were still very good overall. The series was epic. Had the author finished the books.... woulda helped. Not holding my breath he will live long enough to actually finish the books.
But will definitely watch this offshoot series.

I hope they show places we have read about but never appeared in the show.

The last one ended horribly but this one looks promising. Daemon Targaryen looks cool as fuck.

Ive been casually re-watching GOT. The first 4 seasons are so damn good.
Side note, I love how the re-casted so many characters (The Mountain, Dario, Three-eyed raven) and it just didnt matter

it was solid for quite a while
even though it got progressively worse there were some pretty phenomenal episodes during the last few seasons
battle of the bastards, plus that episode where jon sees the night king for the first time
