Wouldn't surprise me to see a trend of Prime offering players after we do. Rhule is respected for his talent evaluation and has even mentioned how some of his previously offered recruits would blow up once he offered. I don't see Deion spending as much time watching recruits film as Rhule & Cooper plus the rest of our behind the scenes recruiting staff.

I know many didn't like Mike Riley but he was known as a great evaluator of high school recruits. Wasn't unusual for many of the Pac 12 teams to offer a player after he did.
