Sign Up Now!He outbid Turd for that houseThat whole subdivision is one of the most overrated and over priced neighborhoods in Lincoln. We looked at a few houses around the corner on S 32nd street from Mickey's place, thank God we didn't buy either because we would have lived across the street or next door to Dolla Holla Dean.
Ugly lay out for that price. Do not want.
True. Property taxes are ridiculous in this state. Terribly expensive state to be a retiree in, as well.Taxes are $1,100 per month??! Nebraska is fucked

No, Bennington.In Lincoln?
Lol
It doesn't seem that nice for the price. Especially with 7% interest rates.
That's Zillow being conservative and basing it off the sales price. It's actually only assessed at 480k so taxes are about 750/month or 9k per year. 1.89% is actually fairly low compared to some areas in west O/Elkhorn. I've seen close to 2.5%.Taxes are $1,100 per month??! Nebraska is fucked
Of all the shit we give Cockeye that's one thing they do right. They've always given a deduction against retirement income but in a couple of years no retirement income will be taxable. Including cash rent if you were an active farmer on the land.True. Property taxes are ridiculous in this state. Terribly expensive state to be a retiree in, as well.
