Chins should have been fired last year along with the offensive "offensive" staff, and Frost should have made BB DC.

Frost's offense was not the problem. I preferred it to Whipple's. Swapping out assistants was all window dressing for what we knew would be the inevitable firing of Frost.

If Frost was kept on, we probably have a better offense, one or two more wins, but not substantially different. He'd still lose us some close games with his inept ability to lead and manage.

How do ya figure? Chin had the only respectable unit on the team last year (helped in large part by several super seniors). If Frost wasn’t an idiot he wouldn’t have brought his entire staff over. Chin and Greg Austin would have been told to pound sand and he would have gotten real assistants right off the rip.

You're right, but Chins had some good players (6th year seniors) last season. This season he got exposed. But for sure Chins should have been fired with Frost after the 3rd game this season.

The run game under Whipple has been awful. Flat out, awful. Frost's run game could actually not get stuffed in the backfield for a 2-3 yard loss every play.
Well Scott played NW and GS the 73rd and 129th ranked Defenses

Post Frost we've played the 1st (2nd), 2nd (7th), 7th (10th), 12th (11th), 27th (59th), and 35th (27th) ranked Defenses with 6th (tied 17th) to round out the year.

Yeah I wonder why Frost could run so well on those teams, must have been his excellent play calling huh 🤔

Did you watch all last year? The Offense was the problem.

Talking overall and basic creativity in the run game. Our run game right now consists of draw, inside zone, and outside zone, with very little read components.

Nebraska's offense kept them in every game last season, was in the top half of the league in rushing, passing and offensive efficiency. Nebraska's primary issues were game management, mistakes and terrible special teams.

Frost was a bad coach and deserved to be fired, but the current offense is atrocious. It looked good against bad teams but is incapable otherwise.
