In his 4th year (which got him fired) he had the same record that Frost had in his best year (which did not get Frost fired), against a really hard schedule, with a top 5 recruiting class, a year after playing for the Big 12 title (which Frost obviously never approached).

Callahan was never Frost level bad.

Blowout wise, it was the worst season in the modern era. 3 of those were to unranked teams and 2 at home.

Again - better coach than Frost, but 2007 was as bad of a season we've had. The fact that he had a top 5 recruiting class made it even worse.
