Fine but how do you know whether they're 12 efficient hours or not?

If one guy works 12 efficient hours and another guy works 16 inefficient hours looking from the outside how do you know who the harder worker is?

My only concern is it's been said that the offensive minded guys like Frost and Kiffen are 9-5 type guys. It's pretty obvious Frost was, don't really know what Kiffen is like these days. Nebraska needs more than that.
