I’ve never followed him. I just know he was fired from USC and hadn’t done anything at Tennessee to qualify him for the job in the first place. Can’t say I’ve noticed a trend other than every other year or so he’s got a relatively good team.

I’ve never followed him. I just know he was fired from USC and hadn’t done anything at Tennessee to qualify him for the job in the first place. Can’t say I’ve noticed a trend other than every other year or so he’s got a relatively good team.

I think I like that he's already failed a big job that he obviously wasn't ready for and has built himself back up through Saban's coaching reform academy, a small conference HC job, and now Ole Miss and he knows how important crootin is,. The fact he's got western Nebraska blood flowing through his veins is just a bonus

This. He has known defeat. He has admitted failure and rebuilt himself under Sabin. Did great at FAU. He is doing very well at Ole miss IMO.

Kiffen would do well here. He has been apart of some good coaching trees. He has great connections and could build a very solid staff here.

2. He is a Saban rehab graduate
3. Currently coaches at the armpit of the sec and is winning
4. He is a really good offensive coach
5. He is awesome.

I feel like this is the least likely to come true. I'll pray to all the God's that I'm not already praying to for Urban though. Those are the Celtic, Norse, Islam, Buddhist, and of course the Christian God.
