The reality is it doesn't matter what any of us think...it matters what Turd thinks. And by most accounts, he thinks its a clown show down there...it's been evident to him from his few weeks on the job. Not only are we losing at a historical rate, the program is lacking direction and organization.

Ferentz is probably thinking that in another 5 years Frost could get as good as him. Never really win anything. Let his son be the OC even though he's terrible at it.

Side note. I wonder when Kurt Ferentz retires and they turn the reins over to Brad Ferentz if Brad will hire an offensive coordinator. Also will the d coordinator be pissed off it wasn't him and go somewhere else.
