That's pretty disturbing. I suspect that if someone truly wanted to mount a legal challenge, the "private platform" could/would/should be including under a "FOI" disclosure. State employees are held to that standard, like it or not.

There's still a functioning Atari game system at my Dad's house. Pong, Tanks, Bi-Planes. I used to be pretty good at that stuff waaaaay back then.
