2025 Combine/Draft

He was unanimous first team all SEC & first team all American on top of putting up unheard of numbers at the combine.
Cept when you watch South Carolina games the guys "making the plays" were the other 2 USC defenders at the combine. Kyle Kennard and Demetrius Knight.. Emmanwori was the main clean up guy by design.

Don't get me wrong.. he's a good player, but he's not someone like Kam or Kyle Hamilton.

4.43 and 4.41 for Neyor

and followed it up by looking like he's never caught a ball in his life

Honestly didn't realize he was that fast. Knew he was fast and athletic but that is scootin.

Don't see him making it in the NFL, but I guess you never know. Has the measurables.

My guess is this earns him at least a couple years on various practice squads based on potential alone. No way he makes it long term in the NFL.

Oh yeah. I mean, he just put up the 11th best athletic scores of any WR since 1987. Good lord how does a player do so little with so much talent.

I hope the Niners aren't drafting him in the 5th rnd since they just traded Deebo to the Commanders for a 5th rnd pick. Because if they are looking at his measurables, he's off the chart, but if they look at film... not so much. Talent but not the production (or hands or work ethic) to back it up.

Some NFL team will give those kinds of athletic mearurables a shot, though.

You don’t understand, the script says he’s going to be an absolute steal.

I think Campbell does a heck of a job in the S&C department. Have heard him talk on S&C. Great stuff. No nonsense. All about developing power and speed.

My take on S&C has always been leaner, strong yet flexible, is the way to go for most players/positions. And I am talking all the way back to Boyd years - just size is not often the best. Each player and their unique body (and position of course) may need a tad different regimen. Like with Ty - he's already a large human - 290, 295 is better than 305 IMO. Just an example.
