I've never understood why coaches do that, especially in small markets. Very much like Mike Gundy's Bass Pro Shop he built for $8m and remains on zillow.

When you move on or get fired, you're going to take a significant loss unless the next coach wants to buy it.

I thought that was his house. Does he not live there?
