He actually really didn't say much at all. At one point they asked him why there were so many tips and he snapped at em. "I don't know Lauren, why were there so many tips?" You could tell they were uncomfortable with it.

Cook is not renowned for his people skills. It's why his assistants are generally the ones being the intermediaries between John & the players.
